Peak Season Travel Recommendations
The ski season for Winter 2021-2022 starts November 12th - April 19th. We are anticipating a busy holiday season (Christmas December 18th - January 11th), Presidents Week (February 16th - 26th), and Spring Break (the entire month of March). We highly recommend reserving your private shuttle (Van, SUV, or Car) in advance to ensure a successful trip to the Ski Resorts.
Private car service DIA to Vail through these dates is on a first-come first-serve basis; reserve your trip as soon a possible to ensure that you have a ride to/from the airport. We do not recommend booking last minute because most if not all companies will not have availability.

While traveling from Denver to Vail, you may experience
hazardous driving conditions on unfamiliar roads and winding mountain passes. On a fair weather day, expect a travel time of 2.5 - 3 hours. However, when hazardous conditions are present, expect 3 - 5+ hours of travel time.

There are several choke points on the route from Denver to Vail:
1. Vail Pass: 6% downhill grade for 9 miles, 2 lanes of traffic.
